Project Management & Engineering
Whether through dedicated teams, seconded personnel or client-integrated teams for project execution, ASDR provides a full range of project management and engineering services. We can manage greenfield projects, or projects for the expansion and modernization of existing facilities.
Water Treatment
Sustainability issues and licenses to operate remain critical elements of all mining projects. This requires a global vision for the management of water and water treatment, whether at the design, operation or site restoration stage. To ensure the success of a project, we offer innovative and cost-effective solutions from a CapEx and OpEx perspective.
Manufacturing
The Manufacturing centre of excellence plays a key role in our modularization philosophy, by transfering work from site to our controled workshops. This improves quality and productivity. Furthermore, our workshops allow us to build and deliver turnkey packages and to manufacture custom parts. We can also install and maintain steel and rubber wear liners on various vehicles and equipment.
Industrial Services
The Industrial Services centre of excellence provides maintenance services during operational shutdowns, whether for fixed or mobile equipment. By integrating digital technologies and overall health and safety planning services, they provide an innovative execution approach that maximizes productivity and optimizes health and safety performance during shutdown work. Our teams also perform the installation and interconnection of equipment during our EPC and turnkey mandates.
