Mandate and Objectives

The Ontario mine that hired us was looking for an experienced partner to carry out project management, cost and schedule control and supervision of the construction of surface and underground infrastructure.

Challenges and Issues

• Providing highly qualified personnel to build an integrated team with with their staff
• Completing the project within an 18 months schedule
• Executing the project within the $40M allocated budget

  • Installation of surface buildings

• Layout of tailings facilities, dikes, ditches and parking area
• Supervision of all work related to wastewater basins
• Engineering and supply of water treatment units
• Operation of the water treatment plant and supply of chemicals
